Terms and Conditions – General Online Sales Conditions


The Panda Devices website is owned by Wave Solutions - Sistemas de Informação Lda, which is a contractual party with the Customer under the terms of these General Sales Conditions (GTC)

Orders can only be done by persons of legal age, and who are not legally incapacitated.

 

Products and Prices

Wave Solutions - Sistemas de Informação Lda, reserves the right to change the prices shown online in case of exchange rate fluctuations or increases in the costs of goods associated with transport, raw materials, labor, and others.

 

Observation of the products on the Website:

Products may vary in color depending on the screen that you are watching.

 

Payment conditions:

Payment can be made with Paypal, Credit Card, Multibanco Reference, or bank transfer.

When opening a new customer, you will be asked for the usual data to fill in the customer form.

Under conditions in which Wave Solutions - Sistemas de Informação Lda is justified, it may request payment of the goods in advance or cash upon delivery.

 

Receive of merchandise

The merchandise will only be delivered to the customer upon submission or presentation of proof of payment by the customer.

If the delivered products show damage caused by transport and are broken, dented, or others, it is to be mentioned in the Carrier's Guide.
Damaged merchandise will be replaced free of charge.

When receiving the merchandise, even if none of the facts described above are verified, the customer must put the following information on the carrier's note: "Articles Subject to Verification" good conditions.

If you detect any irregularities in the order, you should immediately contact Wave Solutions - Sistemas de Informação Lda, by email or telephone.

 

Returns

We only accept returned merchandise in its original condition, on its original packaging, and with the corresponding Return Note.

The exchange will only be carried out when the physical verification of the returned goods is verified in our facilities or when indicated by us after physical verification is carried out by our seller/commercial.

We do not accept returns and/or claims for merchandise after 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt, unless they are due to manufacturing and/or packaging defects.

The returned merchandise will have to be properly packaged, as it will travel on behalf of the customer, and must be sent to the following address:
