Warranty
According to the European Union law for b2b clients, all the products available on Panda Devices have at least one year of warranty. Some products can have two warranty years, but this product will be identified on their product page.
Technical Assistance
For any problem with the equipment, you can reach out to us and/or send it to Wave Solutions headquarters (you can see the address on the contact page). But the costs of return and reshipment will be borne by the customer.
If the equipment is out of warranty, we are available to repair it anyway, but one more time, the cost will be borne by the customer.
However, we can help with the collection process.
